Right now the Lingle Administration wants the United States Supreme Court to overrule our Hawai'i Supreme Court's ruling that placed a moratorium on the sale of ceded lands until the unreliquished claims of Native Hawaiians have been resolved. In other words the Lingle Administration wants to sell ceded lands before resolving the unrelinquished claims of Native Hawaiians. Learn more

COME TO COMMITTEE HEARINGS AND/OR SUBMIT WRITTEN TESTIMONY!
After you have determined who your lawmakers are, call and e-mail them.
It is important for lawmakers to hear directly from people like you when there are hearings.
We will keep you updated here at our website and our blog as to when committee hearings are.
To protect the "ceded" lands though we will need you to show up to hearings also.
